  • Constitutional: 50% of eligible voters

The Voting Process

1. Discussion Phase

  • Proposal is posted using the template
  • Community provides feedback
  • Author may revise based on feedback
  • Minimum discussion period must pass

2. Voting Phase

  • Moderator updates tag to voting
  • Poll is added or external voting system linked
  • Voting opens for the specified period
  • No changes to proposal during voting

3. Execution Phase

  • If passed: Tag updated to passed, implementation begins
  • If failed: Tag updated to rejected, may be revised and resubmitted
  • Results are publicly recorded

Best Practices

For Voters

  • Read the full proposal before voting
  • Participate in discussions
  • Vote based on merit, not personalities
  • Explain your reasoning if possible

For Proposers

  • Engage constructively with feedback
  • Be open to amendments
  • Provide clear implementation timelines
  • Follow up after voting concludes

Vote Integrity

To maintain fair voting:

  • One account per person (verified if possible)
  • No vote buying or selling
  • No coordinated manipulation
  • Violations result in vote nullification and potential ban
